CG03C10

The CG03C10 valve belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series from Vickers and is intended to protect hydraulic circuits by diverting flow when pressure exceeds a preset limit. It functions as a relief valve, so it opens as system pressure rises to prevent damage to pumps and actuators. The adjustable range starts at 35 bar, allowing low-pressure standby operation, and can be increased to a maximum setting of 140 bar to match higher load requirements. A size 03 flow path is used, which matches common manifold cavities and keeps pressure losses low under rated flow.

The valve is subplate mounted, enabling fast replacement without disturbing pipework and making it suitable for modular manifolds in automated machines.
