The PVXS-090-M-R-DF-0000-000 piston pump is produced by Vickers within the Piston Pumps series. It is a variable displacement unit for open-circuit hydraulic systems used in automated pressure control. The pump delivers 90 cm³ of fluid per revolution and relies on a pressure compensator to hold outlet pressure steady. It sustains continuous operation at 350 bar (5076 psi) and runs at a rated speed of 1800 rpm to maintain flow in industrial power units and machine tool circuits.
For short overloads the pump tolerates a peak pressure of 420 bar (6090 psi). Rotation is fixed clockwise, and the main drive shaft terminates in an ISO straight key that mates with standard couplings. A single shaft seal protects the drive end, and all dynamic seals use FKM material for chemical resistance. The housing attaches through an ISO 3019/2 125A2SW flange and presents radial side ports built as SAE connections that accept metric bolts. External surfaces are covered by a jet black primer to RAL 9005 for corrosion protection.
