A PCLS pressure-compensated load-sensing control adjusts displacement so the unit delivers only the flow demanded by the system. Each revolution moves 131.1 cm³ (8.00 in³) of oil, and at the rated speed of 2000 rpm this results in a flow of 241 l/min (64 gpm). Right-hand clockwise input rotation matches common diesel or electric prime movers, while an SAE C four-bolt mounting flange fixes the pump to standard bell housings. Side-ported construction keeps pressure and suction lines on one face of the housing for compact installation.
Continuous operation is supported at 250 bar (3625 psi) with load-sensing transients allowed up to 280 bar (4060 psi). A 2.5 in Code 61 four-bolt flange supplies the inlet flow, and a 1.25 in Code 62 four-bolt flange handles the outlet, giving clear separation between suction and discharge connections. Case leakage returns through a bottom-mounted .875-14 UNF SAE O-ring drain port to prevent housing pressurization. Sealing is provided by a single fluorocarbon shaft seal that resists high temperature hydraulic oil and minimizes external leakage.
