The PVH1310IC RCF 3S 10 CMT piston pump is built by Vickers in the Piston Pumps series for hydraulic automation tasks requiring predictable high pressure flow. Its pressure compensator and torque limiter control scheme holds outlet pressure at the set point and curbs drive loading when demand spikes. A geometric displacement of 131.1 cm³ per revolution provides a fixed volume basis for calculating system flow. The pump is designed for continuous operation at 250 bar, giving it the rated pressure capacity needed for industrial circuits. It reaches the rated speed of 1500 r/min when no inlet pressure is available, allowing standard prime movers to turn the unit without cavitation. Right-hand clockwise rotation matches common engine and motor drives in mobile and stationary equipment. A single one-way shaft seal confines hydraulic fluid to the case while limiting external leakage, and petroleum based fluids can be accepted at inlet temperatures up to 93 °C.

At 1500 r/min and 250 bar the pump delivers an effective flow of 186 L/min, giving designers a baseline for medium speed duty. When driven at 1800 r/min under the same pressure it supplies 223 L/min, supporting higher throughput without changing hardware. The maximum allowable shaft speed is 1800 r/min with a 0.48 bar inlet, so the prime mover can safely use full throttle if the reservoir head is sufficient. Input torque must not exceed 1215 N·m on shaft option 3, ensuring the mechanical elements remain within fatigue limits. A thru-drive rating of 640 N·m allows an additional pump to be mounted in series without overloading the internal gear train. Hydraulic connections use an SAE four-bolt flange on the main ports to standardize plumbing and minimize assembly time. The rear pad follows the SAE C (J744-127-2/4) interface so that common auxiliary pumps or gearboxes can be coupled directly.
