The GPA3-25 EK2-30R pump belongs to the Vickers Piston Pumps series and supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation tasks. It is an internal gear pump with a displacement of 25 cm³ per revolution, so each shaft turn delivers consistent volume for accurate circuit control. Clockwise rotation is required, matching right-hand drive arrangements common in industrial power units. A 30 mm shaft diameter couples directly to standard electric motors, and the G 1 1/2 BSP port thread simplifies connection to common manifold blocks. The unit withstands outlet pressures up to 100 bar with anti-wear oil and produces 31.3 L/min at 1500 rpm under that load. The maximum allowable oil temperature is 68 °C, and water-glycol mixes must stay below 60 °C to protect seals and viscosity. Suction performance permits inlet pressures up to plus 2 bar without overloading bearings. Continuous duty can tolerate down to minus 0.25 bar at the inlet, while brief operation may reach minus 0.40 bar, giving flexibility for reservoir placement below pump centerline. These limits, combined with the pressure and speed capabilities noted earlier, define acceptable operating envelopes for automated hydraulic circuits.
