GPA1-1-10-R

The GPA1-1-10-R pump belongs to the Vickers Piston Pumps series, designed for fixed-displacement hydraulic circuits in automated machinery. It delivers 1.76 cm³ per revolution, so each shaft turn moves a precise fluid volume for repeatable actuator motion. At 1500 rpm and 100 bar the unit provides 2.1 L/min, a flow rate suited to small directional valve networks. The outlet side tolerates up to 100 bar, enabling operation in moderate-pressure servo loops. When loaded to that pressure the pump may rotate at speeds up to 3000 rpm, allowing designers to match pump output to motor capability. Clockwise shaft rotation is specified for correct power-end lubrication when coupled to standard electric motors, and the G 1/2 BSPF port simplifies connection to common tube manifolds.

At light load the GPA1-1-10-R delivers 2.6 L/min at 1500 rpm and 7 bar, giving higher volume for rapid cylinder approach strokes. Suction conditions are defined clearly: the inlet may be pressurized up to 2.0 bar to reduce cavitation risk, while continuous duty is permitted down to –0.25 bar and intermittent duty to –0.40 bar when reservoirs are below pump level. The allowable fluid temperature reaches 68 °C with anti-wear oils and 60 °C when water-glycol is used, so thermal management must keep reservoirs within these limits to maintain viscosity and seal life. These parameters outline the inlet, temperature, and low-pressure performance characteristics needed to size reservoirs, filters, and coolers in compact hydraulic automation packages.
