The MFB-5-UY-20 hydraulic motor is part of the Hydraulic Motors series produced by Vickers for compact rotary actuation in automated hydraulic systems. It displaces 10.5 cm³ of fluid per revolution to convert hydraulic energy into controlled shaft rotation. When driven at the rated speed of 1800 rpm it passes 19 L/min, matching common industrial pump capacities. Continuous operation is limited to 100 bar, and within this range the shaft outputs 15.25 Nm to drive conveyors, clamps, or indexing tables. A maximum working pressure of 210 bar is allowed for brief load surges, giving designers additional margin. The 82.55 mm pilot centers the housing accurately, and the 130 mm flange outside diameter provides a broad seating surface that maintains alignment under radial forces.
The mounting face is drilled on a 95.2 mm bolt circle so that four fasteners secure the motor evenly around the shaft. Each hole is 11.2 mm in diameter, allowing clearance for standard socket screws and ensuring repeatable clamping torque. The output shaft measures 19.05 mm across the splines, supplying adequate strength for the 30.5 Nm maximum torque available during transient demands. Hydraulic connections are made through two 1.062-12 UN-2B inlet and outlet ports that accommodate high-flow tube fittings, while case leakage returns through two 0.5625-18 UNF-2B drains to prevent seal pressurization. With a dry weight of 5.0 kg, the motor can be installed by a single technician without lifting equipment, reducing downtime during maintenance.
