The TB07FAAA1AA01000 cylinder is produced by Vickers for the Hydraulic Cylinders series and supplies linear force in hydraulic automation systems. The working medium is hydraulic oil, so internal passages and seals are sized for standard industrial fluids. A stroke length of 1.00 in defines the travel available per cycle, and a maximum operating pressure of 1000 psi sets the force capacity the assembly can transmit. The tube is made from non-case-hardened steel to balance strength with machinability, and the single rod configuration delivers thrust in both extending and retracting directions with one piston. A chrome-plated rod resists abrasion and corrosion during repeated strokes. Because the design is non-cushioned, the piston reaches the end stops without an internal deceleration zone, so external damping is required when soft stopping is needed.
