The FG-02-1000-11 is a flow control valve manufactured by Vickers in the Flow Control Valves series for regulating hydraulic flow in automated systems. It uses pressure and temperature compensation to keep the set flow rate steady when system conditions vary. The valve has a nominal size of 02, equal to a 1/4-inch port, so it fits small-bore circuit lines and limits installed footprint. A subplate or manifold mounting style lets technicians drop the unit into modular blocks without threading pipe connections. Its maximum operating pressure of 248 bar (3600 psi) permits service in high-pressure circuits common to machine tools and mobile equipment.

For security, the valve incorporates a key lock with two keys so operators can prevent accidental adjustment after commissioning. The recommended bolt tightening limit is 34.5 Nm (305 lb·in), a figure that ensures the body seals correctly against the mounting interface without overstressing fasteners. Port A serves as the inlet connection, guiding pressurised oil into the metering section, while Port B functions as the outlet that returns controlled flow to downstream components.
