DCPFS-12-75-20

The DCPFS-12-75-20 check valve is produced by Vickers as part of the Flange Valves series and is intended to permit controlled flow in hydraulic automation circuits where a right-angle connection is required. Flow is sealed by an offset poppet that opens only when upstream pressure overcomes the internal spring. Pump flange mounting lets the body bolt directly to the pump outlet, reducing line joints, and a 1.50 in flange interface provides the passage size needed for medium-capacity systems.

The valve opens at a cracking pressure of 5.2 bar (75 psi), allowing predictable priming before full flow establishes. Once open, it accommodates up to 378 l/min (100 USgpm) without excessive pressure loss and tolerates system pressures to 275 bar (4000 psi). The flange face follows SAE J518 Code 61 dimensions so it aligns with standard high-pressure tubing arrangements. These performance limits define where the DCPFS-12-75-20 can be applied within pump discharge or return lines in industrial hydraulic machinery.
