The DG4V52CMP7LH740 valve is produced by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series and directs pressure-balanced flow paths in automated hydraulic machinery. A 24 V DC coil energizes the plug-in P-type solenoids, and the required magnet force is delivered by a steady coil current of 1.58 A. Each solenoid uses a wet armature so internal components are lubricated by the operating fluid and heat is transferred directly to the oil. Wiring enters through a G 1/2 conduit port, providing a sealed electrical link for mobile or industrial environments. When electrical power is unavailable, a pin manual override at both ends lets maintenance staff shift the spool manually for system testing or emergency operation.
The valve tolerates a maximum working pressure of 31.5 MPa while the tank port can withstand back pressure up to 20.6 MPa, allowing it to function in high-load circuits without premature leakage. It mounts on an ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A (CETOP 5) interface so it can replace similar modules without manifold changes, and M6 bolts threaded 14 mm deep secure the body to the base plate. Internal passages are compatible with either mineral oil or water-glycol, giving users flexibility in selecting fire-resistant or standard fluids. An integrated indicator lamp shows coil energization, and the surge suppressor limits voltage spikes that could damage the windings or control electronics.
