The DG4V52CMP7LH630 valve is a directional control unit produced by Vickers for the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits. The spool offers three positions and is returned to neutral by a spring-centered arrangement. In the neutral state, a closed center configuration blocks all ports to hold pressure. A wet armature solenoid shifts the spool, driven by a 24 V DC coil that can run continuously at ED 100 percent. The coil is encapsulated to Class F standards and wound with Class H insulation, allowing it to tolerate elevated temperatures encountered around hydraulic manifolds.
The coil leads terminate on male Packard Weatherpak pins for sealed field wiring, and plain manual overrides permit mechanical actuation during commissioning or power loss. The valve bolts to subplates via the ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A (CETOP 5) interface, fulfilling the specified subplate mounting style. Ports P, A, and B withstand pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi), while the T port is limited to 210 bar (3000 psi) to protect return lines. Reliable operation is maintained when supply voltage stays at least 90 percent of the rated value. These characteristics support robust service in automated hydraulic machines.
