The DG4V52CMP71H630 valve is manufactured by Vickers and belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits, using a 3-position spring-centered spool to return the actuator to neutral when power is removed. All ports are blocked in the closed center condition, allowing the system to hold pressure during standby. A wet armature solenoid shifts the spool while keeping the coil immersed in oil for efficient heat dissipation. Four M6 screws must be tightened to 12–15 N·m to secure the body and prevent leakage under cyclic loading. The mounting surface must remain within 0.01 mm flatness over every 100 mm and achieve a roughness of no more than 1.6 µm Ra to preserve seal compression. Correct interface geometry secures hydraulic passage alignment and minimizes pressure loss, completing a compact directional control element for automated power units.
