The DG4V52AMP7LH630 directional control valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation. It is a 4-way, solenoid-operated unit that guides oil to actuators as required. A wet armature solenoid rated for 24 V DC (code H) shifts the spool, and the energized flow path routes pressure from port P to port B while connecting port A to port T. The component offers two positions and relies on a spring-offset A arrangement to return to its rest state when de-energized. The design tolerates T-port back pressure up to 20.6 MPa. Electrical power reaches the coil through a conduit box with G 1⁄2 threads, and two G 1⁄2 conduit entries permit separate incoming and outgoing cables.
Installation follows the ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A interface, and four M6 mounting holes secure the body to the manifold. The sealing face must maintain flatness within 0.01 mm per 100 mm, and surface roughness is limited to 1.6 µm Ra to prevent internal leakage. Internal wiring attaches to M3 terminal screws housed inside the conduit box.
