The DG4V52ALMP7LH740 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation circuits where directional control of flow is required. It uses spool type 2 with a closed center to block all ports in the neutral position, and the A spring offset arrangement returns the spool to its rest position when the solenoid is de-energized. A wet armature solenoid actuates the spool and is driven by a 24 V DC coil, while Class H insulation rated to 180 °C protects the winding against heat. This model is built in a left-hand configuration, and power and signal conductors are routed through a G 1/2 conduit box. For setup or emergency service the valve includes a push-type manual override at both ends.
The unit operates with mineral oil or water-glycol fluids and sustains a maximum working pressure of 31.5 MPa, while the T-port can tolerate back-pressure up to 20.6 MPa. It mounts to manifolds conforming to ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A and is secured by four M6 × 40 bolts. An indicator lamp combined with a suppressor is installed to show coil energization and limit voltage spikes across the circuit.
