The DG4V52AJMS7UH620 valve is produced by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series for switching actuator flow in hydraulic automation. It has two positions that let the circuit alternate between defined flow states. The spool is a closed-center design identified as type 2, so all ports are blocked when the valve is centered. A spring offset noted as arrangement A returns the spool to its rest position when the solenoid is de-energized. The wet armature solenoid operates on direct current to limit noise and mechanical wear, and its windings use class H insulation rated for 180 °C to tolerate elevated temperatures. Maximum flow capacity is 160 L/min, supporting medium-size circuits that demand steady throughput. The valve works with mineral oil or water-glycol, giving versatility in fluid selection.
Installation uses the ISO 4401-05-04 (CETOP 5) interface, so the body aligns with standard subplates of that size.
