It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits by shifting a Spool 22 element that is actuated by a solenoid. The allowable service temperature ranges from −20 °C (−4 °F) to 40 °C (104 °F), ensuring reliable spool clearance and seal elasticity in cold starts as well as elevated ambient heat.
