The DG4V50AMPLT640P10 directional valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation circuits that require reliable flow routing. The spool offers 2 positions, allowing an actuator to alternate between two discrete flow states. The T port withstands back pressure to 15.7 MPa, preventing functional loss when return circuits run at elevated pressure. Installation uses the ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A interface, ensuring compatibility with common subplates. Four M6 bolts tightened to a 14 mm thread depth secure the body to the mounting face and maintain gasket compression. A 1.0 mm orifice in the P port meters pilot flow to stabilize spool movement and damp pressure spikes. Electrical conductors enter through two G1/2 conduit ports, providing sealed wiring access in industrial environments.
