The DG4V3S6NMFPA5WLH560 valve is produced by Vickers for the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits where electrical actuation governs spool movement. A flying lead coil rated for 30 W provides the magnetizing force while limiting power draw, and the insulation is Class H to tolerate high winding temperatures during continuous duty. The coil can run at a 100% duty cycle so it remains energized without cycling off, and reliable operation is maintained as long as the supply voltage does not fall below 90 percent of its rating. Electrical connection is made through a 5-pin PA5 receptacle, and the wiring housing accepts a 1/2-inch NPT thread for conduit entry. The body mounts on an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) interface, and the sealing face must remain within 0.013 mm flatness to avoid leakage. These pressure limits permit full flow through the metering lands without valve body distortion, and the flatness tolerance also supports proper gasket compression at the interface. With a 60 ms energizing time and a 40 ms de-energizing time, control loops can rely on predictable switching during machine cycles.
