The DG4V3S6CVMUB560 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series produced by Vickers for routing hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It mounts on an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) interface, making it interchangeable with other size 03 subplate products. In its spring-centered neutral state the spool blocks port P while connecting ports A and B to tank, providing load holding and depressurization. Ports P, A, and B withstand working pressures up to 350 bar, a range suited to medium-pressure circuits. Each shift is driven by a wet armature solenoid energized by a 30 W DC coil that is rated for a 100 percent duty cycle, so continuous energization does not overheat the unit. A plain manual override permits direct mechanical actuation when electrical power is unavailable.
The assembly supports flow rates up to 40 L/min and allows the tank port to operate at pressures as high as 100 bar, accommodating moderate back-pressure conditions. Electrical connection is made through a DIN 43650 plug, and the enclosure achieves IP65 protection when that connector is properly installed, sealing the coils against dust and water jets.
