The DG4V3S6CMUH560 directional valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation circuits that need reliable spool shifting. It supports a maximum flow of 40 l/min, allowing adequate pump sizing for medium-capacity machines. Port P and the two work ports cope with pressures up to 350 bar, while the T return port is limited to 100 bar to protect tank lines. A wet armature solenoid provides the actuation method and runs on a 24 V DC supply that draws 30 W. Class H coil insulation resists high winding temperatures, and Class F encapsulation strengthens the coil body against vibration. Continuous energization is possible because the duty cycle is 100 percent ED, and the coil still functions down to 90 percent of its rated voltage.
The center position blocks pressure at port P and routes ports A and B to tank, which unloads the pump while letting actuators vent oil. Installation uses the ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A subplate interface and matches the CETOP 3 (NFPA D03) mounting pattern for interchange with common manifolds. Electrical hookup is through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector so field wiring can be completed with molded plugs. The housing carries an IP67 rating that guards the coil against dust and temporary immersion. System oil must reach ISO 4406 cleanliness code 19/17/14 or better to prevent spool jamming.
