The DG4V3S6CMFWH560 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series from Vickers and directs oil flow in automated hydraulic systems. It uses a P blocked, A and B to T center condition so pressure is isolated while returns stay open when the spool rests. A spring-centered spool returns to this neutral position automatically after coil de-energization. The solenoid is supplied with DC power and employs flying leads that exit through a 1/2 NPT wiring entry for straightforward conduit connection. A water-resistant manual override permits mechanical shifting during service interruptions. During operation the valve accommodates 40 L/min and withstands 350 bar on ports P, A, and B.
The unit mounts to an ISO 4401-03 interface, also referenced as CETOP 3 or NFPA D03, enabling interchange with standard subplates. Reliable sealing requires a surface flatness within 0.013 mm and a surface roughness not above 1.1 µm. Subplate ports in steel or SG iron may be drilled to 7.0 mm, and the tank line may carry up to 100 bar without impairing function. Installation uses M5 × 0.8-6H bolts tightened to 4.5–6.0 N·m to clamp the body securely. Fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 class 19/17/14 to minimize wear and preserve service life.
