The DG4V3S6CMFWG560 valve is produced by Vickers for the DG4 Directional Valves series and routes hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It follows the CETOP 3 (NFPA D03) size, so it fits common subplates, and mounts on an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A interface to align with standardized ports. A spool with function 6 blocks port P while linking ports A and B to T in the centered position, while a spring-centered C arrangement recenters the spool when power is removed. The design handles up to 40 l/min (10.5 US gpm) to meet medium flow demands. Port P, A, and B pressures can reach 350 bar (5000 psi), and the tank port is limited to 100 bar (1450 psi) to protect return-line components. System oil must stay within ISO 4406 class 19/17/14 to prevent wear of the precision-ground spool and body.
Electrical actuation is provided by a DC solenoid; its coil is rated at 12 V DC and draws 30 W during steady operation. A 100 percent duty cycle permits continuous energization without overheating, and the magnetic circuit remains effective down to 90 percent of the rated voltage to tolerate supply dips. The coil exits the enclosure as flying leads, allowing direct field termination, while external wiring is secured through a 1/2 in NPT housing thread for rigid conduit. A plain manual override lets maintenance staff shift the spool without power for setup or fault recovery.
