The DG4V3S6BMUH760EN490 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation where discrete flow paths are needed. It uses spool type 6, which blocks port P and connects ports A and B to T in the neutral position, to route fluid during machine cycles. Actuation is provided by a wet armature solenoid that consumes 30 W at 24 VDC. The coil is encapsulated to Class F requirements, insulated to Class H, and rated for continuous 100 % duty. During operation at 20 l/min and 175 bar the energize response time is 60 ms, offering reliable switching speed, and the design permits a maximum flow of 40 l/min.
When power is removed a spring offset defined as arrangement B returns the spool, and the de-energize response time is 40 ms under the same flow and pressure reference. Ports P, A, and B can be pressurized to 350 bar, while port T is limited to 210 bar. The valve attaches to manifolds with an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A mounting interface and seals against fluid ingress with an IP67 enclosure. Electrical connection is through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) plug that permits quick coil replacement during maintenance.
