The DG4V3S6BMUB560 valve is produced by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automation circuits. Spool type 6 blocks port P while sending ports A and B to tank, allowing the actuator to unload in neutral. The B spring arrangement offsets the spool from an end position to center to provide a predictable fail-safe state. A wet armature solenoid actuates the spool so that hydraulic fluid cools and lubricates the moving plunger. The assembly passes up to 40 l/min, or 10.5 US gpm, matching medium-size power units. Its coil can run continuously because the duty cycle is rated at 100 percent. Electrical connection uses an ISO 4400 DIN 43650 plug, and the housing bolts to an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A subplate that follows the CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 port pattern.
Ports P, A, and B withstand working pressures to 350 bar, or 5000 psi. Backpressure on the T port is limited to 100 bar, or 1450 psi, to avoid seal damage. When wired with the ISO 4400 plug, the enclosure meets IP67, sealing the solenoid against dust and temporary immersion. System oil must be maintained at ISO 4406 cleanliness level 19/17/14 or cleaner to prevent spool sticking. The component is identified with design number 60, marking its revision within the series.
