The DG4V3S3CMFWD7H560 hydraulic directional valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers. The unit directs pressurized fluid between actuator ports for machine automation tasks. It attaches to manifolds through an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A (CETOP 3) interface so it can replace standard size 03 valves in existing blocks. The spool is configured with P and B closed while A is connected to T in the center position, which allows downstream loads to be held while relieving line A to tank during neutral periods. A wet armature solenoid actuates the spool, and the coil is designed for 24 VDC to integrate with common control voltages. The valve accommodates a nominal flow of 40 l/min (10.5 US gpm) and withstands 350 bar (5000 psi) on ports P, A, and B, giving it capacity for medium-pressure circuits.
Electrical performance is supported by a 30 W coil that operates continuously at a 100 % duty cycle to maintain position without overheating. The flying lead coil mates with a terminal or conduit box connection, providing flexible routing inside control enclosures. Operation remains stable when the supply stays at least 90 % of the rated voltage, preventing sluggish shifting in low-power conditions. The valve tolerates 210 bar (3000 psi) at the tank port, so return circuits with high back-pressure can be served without damage.
