The DG4V3S2NMUH560 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series and is produced by Vickers. Designed to shift hydraulic flow in automated machines, it mounts on an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A pattern so it can replace CETOP 3 or NFPA D03 components without manifold changes. The unit passes up to 40 l/min (10.5 US gpm), and its p, a, and b ports tolerate 350 bar (5000 psi) while the tank port withstands 100 bar (1450 psi). A wet armature solenoid drives the spool and is energized at 24 VDC; operation remains stable as long as supply stays above 90 percent of the rated voltage. The coil draws 30 W and is rated for a continuous 100 percent duty cycle, allowing uninterrupted cycling in servo loops.
Class F encapsulation surrounds the coil to resist vibration, and Class H insulation permits the winding to endure elevated temperatures during extended service. Electrical hookup uses an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector, and when that plug is installed the housing meets IP67, keeping dust out and surviving temporary immersion. The valve energizes in 60 ms at 20 l/min and 175 bar, then releases in 40 ms, providing predictable timing for synchronized actuator sequences. A double-solenoid assembly weighs 2.2 kg (4.8 lb), light enough for mounting on mobile equipment yet strong enough to handle the stated pressure load.
