The DG4V3S2NMFTWLG560 directional valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series and is produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation where flow must be routed between actuator ports. It mounts on a CETOP 3 (NFPA D03) interface so the valve can drop directly onto standardized manifolds, and the port layout follows ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A to maintain interchangeability across equipment. Fastening is completed with M5×0.8 bolts, providing the correct clamping force without damaging the sub-plate. The flow paths accommodate up to 40 l/min (10.5 US gpm), letting the unit serve medium-capacity circuits, while pressure at the P, A, and B ports can rise to 350 bar (5000 psi) without loss of function. The tank port tolerates 100 bar (1450 psi), permitting elevated back-pressure in load-holding systems. Clean hydraulic oil with a maximum contamination level of ISO 19/17/14 is required to limit wear of the sliding spool. The double-solenoid assembly weighs 2.2 kg, which eases manual installation in tight panels.

Electromagnetic actuation is provided by wet armature solenoids, so the moving core is bathed in system oil and avoids external leakage. Each coil is built to Class F encapsulation, allowing the winding to reach higher temperatures without insulation failure during heavy service. The coils operate on 12 VDC and draw 30 W, making them compatible with low-voltage mobile power supplies. Continuous energization is supported by a 100 % ED duty rating, ensuring the spool can stay shifted indefinitely when required. When voltage is applied, the spool reaches its operating position in 60 ms, and it returns in 40 ms after de-energization; these response times give predictable motion control in repetitive machine cycles. Together, the electrical and timing characteristics complement the mechanical ratings introduced earlier and define a compact valve that maintains reliable switching under demanding hydraulic conditions.
