The DG4V3S2CMUH560 valve is manufactured by Vickers and is part of the DG4 Directional Valves series for automated hydraulic circuits. It uses a spool type 2 with a closed-center design so all ports are blocked when the coil is not powered, and a C spring-centered arrangement returns the spool to neutral automatically. A wet armature solenoid limits noise and internal wear, while its 24 V DC coil draws 30 W to match standard machine controls. Continuous performance is supported by a 100 percent duty cycle, letting the coil remain energized without cooldown periods. The unit handles working pressures up to 350 bar at ports P, A, and B, and it accommodates flow rates as high as 40 l/min to suit medium-capacity actuators.
An ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) mounting interface allows direct stacking on common subplates, and fastening is completed with M5 × 0.8 or 10-24 UNC bolts. Electrical termination is provided through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector, and a water-resistant manual override permits local shifting during power loss. The recommended fluid cleanliness is ISO 4406 class 19/17/14 to maintain spool accuracy, while the tank port tolerates back-pressure figures up to 100 bar. Energizing the coil shifts the spool within 60 ms, and de-energizing returns it in 40 ms, giving predictable cycle timing for coordinated motion control.
