The DG4V3S22AMUH560 valve is part of the DG4 Directional Valves series from Vickers and routes pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic circuits. Actuation is provided by a wet armature solenoid whose coil is built to Class H insulation limits, operates on 24 VDC, and draws 30 W. Because the duty cycle is 100% ED, the coil can stay energized without rest, and it will still shift properly when supply voltage falls to 90 percent of nominal. Wiring is handled through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector, while an IP67 enclosure rating keeps dust and water out of the coil housing. Mounting follows the ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) pattern, and the housing secures with M5 × 0.8-6H bolts for quick installation on standard subplates. System fluid must meet ISO 19/17/14 cleanliness so internal lands resist abrasion and maintain sealing accuracy.
