The DG4V3S0BMUN560 is manufactured by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automation circuits and is configured with an open-center spool so all ports communicate when the solenoid is de-energized, which unloads the pump during standby. The spring-offset, end-to-center arrangement returns the spool to its neutral position when power is removed to provide fail-safe control. A rated flow capacity of 40 l/min (10.5 US gpm) supports medium-size actuators without excessive pressure drop, while a maximum working pressure of 350 bar on the pressure, A, and B ports allows operation in high-pressure systems. The tank port is limited to 210 bar to protect return-line components. The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A interface, enabling direct installation on standard subplates and manifolds.

The solenoid is designed for DC operation and draws 30 W, which controls heat generation and power demand in continuous service. A 100 percent duty cycle lets the coil remain energized without mandatory cooling periods, maintaining steady machine cycles. Reliable actuation is maintained down to 90 percent of the rated supply voltage, providing margin for voltage drops along wiring. Electrical connection uses an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) plug that simplifies field wiring and maintenance. When this connector is fitted, the housing achieves an IP67 enclosure rating, keeping dust ingress and water immersion from affecting the coil during harsh plant conditions.
