The DG4V3S0BLMUH560 directional valve is produced by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits by shifting an open center spool when the solenoid is energized. The unit employs a wet armature solenoid and is configured with spool type 0, which keeps all ports open in the neutral position. A BL spring offset positions the spool to the left-hand side during power-off to maintain default flow routing. The solenoid uses coil type U with an ISO 4400 DIN 43650 electrical interface, draws 30 W from a 24 VDC source, and supports a continuous 100 percent duty cycle, allowing uninterrupted operation in machine cycles. The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-03, CETOP 3 (NFPA D03) sub-plate and handles line flows up to 40 l/min (10.5 USgpm) without exceeding rated performance.
Maximum pressure at ports P, A, and B is 350 bar (5075 psi), while the tank port tolerates up to 100 bar (1450 psi), so the valve can be integrated into high-pressure circuits without external relief devices. Energizing the coil shifts the spool in 60 ms at 20 l/min and 175 bar; de-energizing returns it in 40 ms under the same test conditions, giving predictable sequencing for programmable logic controllers. When fitted with the ISO 4400 plug, the enclosure meets IP67, protecting the solenoid against dust ingress and temporary immersion, which supports installation on mobile equipment or wash-down lines. System oil must meet ISO 19/17/14 cleanliness to prevent silting and ensure long service life. A single-solenoid assembly weighs 1.6 kg, allowing manifold mounting without additional brackets during maintenance or retrofit work.
