The DG4V3S0AMUB560 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series and is produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation circuits where directional control is required. It uses a wet armature solenoid to shift the spool. The 30 W solenoid is designed for 100 % ED duty, allowing continuous energization. A Class H insulation system and Class F encapsulation protect the coil from heat and vibration. External wiring attaches through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector. When a sealed plug is fitted, the assembly attains an IP67 enclosure rating, preventing water ingress during wash-down. Ports p, a, and b tolerate working pressures to 350 bar (5000 psi), and the tank port is limited to 100 bar (1450 psi). These pressure limits allow the device to operate in high-pressure circuits common in industrial machinery. It mounts on manifolds following the ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A pattern, matching the CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 interface standard. Fastening is completed with #10-24 UNC-2B bolts. The internal spool is an open center design that connects all ports in the neutral position, easing pump loading during standby. A spring offset arrangement positions the spool end-to-end when the solenoid is de-energized, ensuring predictable fail-safe behavior.
