The DG4V38CMP7H750 is a directional valve manufactured by Vickers for the DG4 Directional Valves series and it directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It attaches to a manifold with an ISO 4401-03, CETOP 3, or NFPA D03 interface, ensuring compatibility with standard sub-plates. The spool is a size 8 tandem center design and is held in the middle by a spring in arrangement C, so pump flow returns to tank when the solenoid is de-energized. The P, A, and B ports can operate at pressures up to 350 bar, while the T port accepts up to 207 bar, allowing the valve to work in demanding circuit pressures without additional relief equipment.
Electrical actuation is provided by a 24 VDC coil that draws 30 W. The winding can remain energized continuously because the duty cycle is rated at 100 % ED as long as the supply stays at least 90 % of the nominal voltage. Class F encapsulation surrounds the coil, and Class H insulation tolerates higher operating temperatures during long shifts. A male Packard Weatherpak connector gives a sealed electrical interface suitable for harsh environments.
