The DG4V37CMP2T750 directional valve is built by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series to route pressurized fluid in hydraulic automation circuits. It attaches to manifolds through an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3, NFPA D03) mounting interface, allowing interchangeable installation with other standardized components. A P-to-A and B open, T blocked center condition keeps pump flow available to both work ports while sealing the tank line when the spool is centered. The wet armature solenoid draws 30 W of direct-current power and can run at a 100 percent duty cycle without overheating. A spring-centered arrangement forces the spool back to neutral after de-energization, and ports P, A, and B withstand 350 bar while the tank port endures 207 bar, enabling operation in high-pressure systems.
Coil construction meets Class F encapsulation and Class H insulation requirements, so the winding tolerates elevated temperatures and remains sealed against oil. The ISO 4400 coil housing carries an IP67 rating that blocks dust and permits temporary immersion, extending service life in harsh environments. When the 2C spool is energized the valve shifts in 60 ms, and de-energizing returns it in 40 ms, supporting tight closed-loop control. A P2 manual override is provided at both ends, allowing technicians to shift the spool during power loss or setup. The double-solenoid model weighs 2.2 kg, whereas the single-solenoid version weighs 1.6 kg, reducing load on manifold faces where weight is a concern.
