The DG4V36CMWB40 is manufactured by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series and is used to route pressurized fluid to actuators in hydraulic automation systems. A wet armature solenoid shifts the spool, and its coil is encapsulated to a Class F standard for mechanical protection while the winding insulation meets Class H temperature limits. The coil draws 30 W when energized and can remain powered continuously because the duty cycle is 100 % ED. Reliable actuation is maintained with supply voltage down to 90 % of the nominal value. The valve handles operating pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) at ports P, A, and B and passes flow rates up to 40 l/min (10.5 US gpm).
