The DG4V36CMPA5WLB40 directional valve is produced by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series and directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery. A wet armature solenoid cools the coil through fluid contact to extend service life, and a spring-centered arrangement automatically returns the spool to neutral when de-energized. Spool code 6 blocks port P while linking ports A and B to T, allowing actuators to depressurize in the center position. The assembly tolerates working pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) on ports P, A, and B so it suits high-pressure circuits. Continuous duty at 100 percent ED lets the valve remain energized without enforced downtime, supporting round-the-clock operation in production lines.
The unit attaches to manifolds through an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A porting face, and its bolt pattern meets the CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 standard for easy interchange with other directional valves. Longitudinal mounting holes are on a 31.75 mm pitch, transverse holes are on a 40.50 mm pitch, and a 4.00 mm locating pin hole keeps the body precisely aligned during installation. Port centers measure 25.90 mm between A and B and 21.50 mm between P and T so passages in the subplate line up without extra machining. These dimensional features simplify replacement work, preserve gasket integrity, and ensure reliable mounting in compact hydraulic manifolds.
