The DG4V36CMP7H750JA100 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series from Vickers and directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery. Its coil is encapsulated to class F, protecting the winding from moisture and vibration, while class H insulation lets it endure elevated temperatures. The solenoid is powered by 24 VDC direct current, and the duty cycle is 100 percent ED so the device can remain energized continuously. Electrical draw is 30 W, allowing small power supplies to operate the valve. Inside the body, the spool provides a P-blocked, A and B-to-T configuration that unloads work lines when centered. The housing mounts on a subplate conforming to the ISO 4401-03 / CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 pattern, and four M5 × 0.8-6H bolts secure it to the manifold. An orifice of 1.00 mm in port A moderates flow during initial spool movement. Electrical connection is made through a top-exit Packard Weatherpak male plug, and the wiring housing accepts an M20 × 1.5-6H thread for strain-relief components.
