The DG4V36CMP2T750 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series manufactured by Vickers for use in hydraulic automation. It employs a spring-centered spool so the valve returns to neutral when power is removed, and in that neutral state the P port is blocked while the A and B work ports are open to T. Shifting is performed by a wet armature solenoid whose windings are protected by Class F encapsulation and insulated to Class H, giving reliable thermal endurance. Each direct-current coil absorbs 30 W and can be energized without interruption because the duty cycle is specified at 100 percent. The encapsulation limits heat transfer to the hydraulic fluid and the insulation preserves winding integrity during continuous service. This model mounts on the ISO 4401-03 interface, which corresponds to CETOP 3 and NFPA D03 patterns, so it mates directly with common subplates used in machine manifolds.
The valve achieves an IP67 rating when an ISO 4400 plug is fitted, protecting the coil housing against dust and temporary immersion. System oil must be maintained to ISO 19/17/14 cleanliness so the spool can move freely without erosion or sticking. The P, A, and B ports withstand pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi), while the T port is limited to 210 bar (3000 psi) to avoid back-pressure damage. Mechanical attachment uses four M5 × 0.8 bolts that should be tightened to 4.5–6.0 N·m to secure the body to the manifold. Flow passages align with the ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A port pattern for consistent crossover with companion hardware. A double-solenoid assembly weighs 2.2 kg, permitting manual installation without lifting equipment while keeping manifold loading within typical limits.
