The DG4V36CMFPA5WH760 directional valve is produced by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series. It diverts pressure fluid between four working lines in hydraulic automation. The unit mounts on an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) interface and provides four ports labeled P, A, B, and T. Its spool is configured with P blocked while A and B are connected to T, and the spring-centered design returns the spool to neutral when the coil is de-energized. Actuation relies on a wet armature solenoid energized at 24 VDC, and the coil absorbs 30 W during operation. Continuous service is possible because the duty cycle is rated at 100 percent, provided the supply voltage remains at least 90 percent of its nominal value.
In line with cabinet wiring practices, power reaches the coil through flying leads terminated in a 5-pin receptacle, and the wiring housing is tapped 1/2 NPT to accept standard conduit fittings. A water-resistant manual override permits mechanical shifting during commissioning or emergency conditions. System oil must meet ISO 4406 cleanliness class 19/17/14 or better to maintain spool response. The valve handles 350 bar (5075 psi) on the pressure, A, and B lines, while back-pressure in the T port must stay within 207 bar (3000 psi). These pressure limits allow the component to function in medium-to-high pressure circuits without auxiliary relief devices.
