The DG4V36CMCS760 valve is produced by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series and directs fluid flow in automated hydraulic circuits. Two solenoids shift the spool so that control signals can select either working port, while a spring-centered design returns the spool to neutral when both coils are de-energized. In that neutral state the P port is blocked and ports A and B are connected to T, unloading actuators while isolating the pump. Each coil draws 30 W of direct-current power, and a 100 % duty cycle lets the operator keep the valve energized continuously without thermal limits.
Class F coil encapsulation protects the winding, and Class H insulation lets the assembly tolerate higher internal temperatures during extended service. Reliable switching is maintained when the supply voltage remains at least 90 % of its rated value. Ports P, A, and B withstand pressures up to 350 bar (5 000 psi), while the T port is rated for 207 bar (3 000 psi), making the valve suitable for high-pressure systems with elevated tank back-pressure. A subplate mounting method and an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) interface allow quick installation on standardized manifolds.
