The DG4V36BMU1T750 valve is produced by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series for hydraulic automation circuits requiring on/off flow control. It passes up to 40 l/min and allows 350 bar (5000 psi) on the P, A, and B ports while the tank port is limited to 210 bar (3000 psi). A wet armature solenoid rated for continuous 100 percent duty shifts the spool. Spool code 6 blocks the pressure port while connects A and B to tank, and the B spring arrangement returns the spool from an offset end position to center when the coil is de-energized. The coil functions down to 90 percent of its rated voltage, and a single-solenoid assembly weighs 1.6 kg.
The coil is encapsulated to Class F standards and uses Class H insulation so it tolerates sustained heating during long cycles. Electrical termination is through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector, and with the correct plug in place the assembly achieves IP67 protection against dust ingress and water immersion. The valve mounts to an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A (CETOP 3) subplate and secures with M5-0.8 or 10-24 UNC-2B bolts. System fluid should be maintained at ISO 4406 code 19/17/14 to protect the spool lands from abrasive wear. This cleanliness level supports consistent response at the specified flow and pressure ratings.
