The DG4V368CMWLB40 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series and is produced by Vickers. It directs hydraulic flow to actuators in automated machinery. The spring-centered spool returns to neutral when the coil is de-energized, preventing drift during pauses in operation. In that neutral position the supply port P is blocked while ports A and B are connected to tank, allowing pressure to be released from the work lines. A wet armature solenoid immerses its moving core in oil, reducing noise and improving heat dissipation. The coil is rated for a 100 percent continuous duty cycle, so it can remain energized without overheating during round-the-clock service.

The hydraulic section tolerates 350 bar (5000 psi) at ports P, A, and B, providing reserve for high-pressure presses and molding systems. Port spacing follows the CETOP 3, also called NFPA D03, interface, enabling direct replacement with other valves of the same standard. The mounting surface conforms to ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A, so it aligns accurately with matched subplates and seals. The ISO 4400 coil carries an IP67 rating, which keeps water and contaminants out during wash-down cleaning or outdoor use.
