The DG4V33CMFTWLB660 directional valve is built by Vickers as part of the DG4 Directional Valves series and is intended to route hydraulic flow in automated machinery. The spool is solenoid operated, giving the controller an electrical means to shift positions. For 50 Hz grids the coil accepts 110 VAC while drawing 61 VA; on 60 Hz service it uses 120 VAC at 58 VA, enabling the same unit to serve different regions. The solenoid follows the ANSI B93.9 energizing code, so compatible drivers are readily available. Connection is handled by a flying-lead terminal block with a 1/2 inch NPT entry, simplifying conduit installation. A plain manual override lets technicians move the spool during commissioning or when electrical power is absent.
The valve bolts to an ISO 4401-03 interface, allowing direct mounting on CETOP 3 subplates. It transmits up to 80 L/min of hydraulic oil and withstands working pressures to 350 bar, making it suitable for medium-flow, high-pressure circuits. System oil should not exceed a cleanliness level of 19/17/14, and the internal components are designed for use with petroleum oils. Compact dimensions—7.870 in in length, 1.800 in in width, and 3.570 in in height—permit tight stacking inside valve banks while maintaining adequate clearance for service access.
