The DG4V32NVMUH730 directional valve is part of the DG4 Directional Valves series from Vickers. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits through a 2-position closed center spool that blocks all ports in neutral to stop actuator movement. Installation uses a subplate arrangement with an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) interface, so the body can be replaced without disturbing pipework. The solenoid identified as “V” is located at the A end to shift the spool when a 24 V DC control signal is applied. The pressure ports p, A, and B are rated for 350 bar, while the tank port is limited to 207 bar to protect return lines.
The wet-armature coil is linked through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector, and sealing with the matching plug gives the assembly an IP67 rating against water and dust. Continuous operation is supported by a duty cycle of 100 % ED, aided by a 30 W coil that dissipates heat through Class H insulation and Class F encapsulation materials. Allowed oil cleanliness is ISO 4406 code 19/17/14 to keep the spool and lands free of abrasive particles. These electrical and fluid compatibility features maintain consistent shifting performance during long cycles in industrial hydraulic automation.
