The DG4V32NMUH760 valve is produced by Vickers for the DG4 Directional Valves series and directs hydraulic flow to actuators in automated machinery. The valve accepts 24 VDC at its solenoid coil so it can be driven by standard industrial control power supplies. A 100 % duty cycle allows continuous energization without thermal overload during long machine cycles. Its ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) electrical connector provides a common plug interface for quick field replacement. Class F coil encapsulation resists heat to maintain insulation integrity under sustained loading. The unit should be supplied petroleum oils because that is the approved fluid type, and system cleanliness must reach 19/17/14 per ISO 4406 to prevent spool wear. IP67 ingress protection seals the coil and terminals against dust and temporary water immersion in harsh plant environments.
The valve furnishes a plain manual override so maintenance personnel can shift the spool when electrical power is unavailable. It mounts on an ISO 4401-03 subplate, ensuring interchangeability with other CETOP 3 hardware. The flow path can pass up to 80 L/min, supporting medium-size actuator circuits, while pressure at ports P, A, or B may reach 350 bar to match high-pressure power units. Tank port pressure is limited to 210 bar to protect the return line and seals. During operation the solenoid draws 30 W, which helps planners size power supplies and heat dissipation. Energizing the coil moves the spool within 60 ms, and de-energizing returns it in 40 ms, providing predictable machine sequencing.
