The DG4V32NMUB660 is a directional control valve produced by Vickers within the DG4 Directional Valves series. It guides pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic machinery and is solenoid operated to allow electrical actuation from a controller. The spool is type 2 with a closed center configuration, so all ports are blocked in the neutral position to hold load position and prevent pump flow when idle. Installation follows the ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) subplate pattern, making it interchangeable with common manifold layouts. The unit tolerates working pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and supports a maximum flow of 80 l/min without exceeding rated performance. It is intended for petroleum oils and calls for a cleanliness level of ISO 4406 class 19/17/14 to protect internal clearances and extend service life.
The dual-frequency coil is specified for 110 VAC at 50 Hz and 120 VAC at 60 Hz, drawing 61 VA and 58 VA respectively during steady energization.
