The DG4V32NMFPA5WLD1H760EN514 valve belongs to the DG4 Directional Valves series produced by Vickers for electrically controlled hydraulic automation. It uses a wet armature solenoid so hydraulic fluid cools and lubricates the moving plunger during every shift. The coil accepts a 24 VDC supply and draws 30 W, enabling direct connection to common machine control voltages. Continuous service is possible because the duty cycle is rated at 100 percent ED, avoiding heat-related downtime. Thermal limits are further addressed by Class F encapsulation around the coil body and Class H winding insulation, both of which tolerate elevated temperatures generated during sustained energization. An IP67 enclosure, when fitted with the ISO 4400 plug, keeps dust and water out of the electrical cavity. Actuation speed is controlled and predictable, with a 60 ms energizing time and a 40 ms de-energizing time at a 2C spool, 20 l/min flow, and 175 bar system pressure.

The valve routes up to 40 l/min (10.5 US gpm) of hydraulic fluid, matching medium-size actuator circuits. Ports P, A, and B withstand 350 bar (5000 psi), while the tank port tolerates 210 bar (3000 psi), allowing use in high-pressure loops without separate relief devices. Fluid entering the unit must meet ISO 4406 cleanliness class 19/17/14 to protect the precision spool from wear. The mounting interface follows ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A, and the pattern corresponds to CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 manifolds, so the valve drops onto widely available sub-plates without adapters. A required surface flatness of 0.013 mm prevents external leakage across the port seals. Together these parameters define the valve’s flow capacity, installation footprint, and pressure envelope for industrial hydraulic machinery.
