The DG4V32CMUH560EN124 directional control valve is part of the DG4 Directional Valves series and is produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation circuits. It mounts on an ISO 4401-AB-03-4-A interface so it can bolt directly to common manifold blocks, while compliance with CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 patterns keeps it compatible with legacy subplate layouts. The solenoid coil requires 24 VDC and consumes 30 W, delivering the electromagnetic force needed to shift the spool under load. A continuous 100 % duty cycle rating allows the coil to remain energized without thermal cycling during long machine cycles. Wiring is completed through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) plug, which supports fast replacement and standardized cord sets. The 2-position closed-center spool blocks all ports in the neutral state, while a spring-centered return (designation C) restores this position when the coil is de-energized. Energizing the solenoid shifts the spool in roughly 60 ms, and it returns in about 40 ms once power is removed, supporting responsive axis control. A single-solenoid assembly weighs 1.6 kg, whereas the double-solenoid version reaches 2.2 kg, figures that help designers estimate manifold support requirements.
