The DG4V32CMUB660 is a directional valve manufactured by Vickers for the DG4 Directional Valves series. It switches oil paths in hydraulic automation systems to control actuator movement from an electrical signal. Actuation is solenoid operated, and the design uses a wet armature to reduce noise and wear. For 50 Hz supplies the coil voltage is 110 VAC with a power draw of 61 VA, while 60 Hz operation requires 120 VAC at 58 VA. The coil supports a 100 percent duty cycle so it can remain energized continuously without thermal derating.
The valve installs on an ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3) subplate and follows the NFPA D03 mounting pattern for interchangeability with common manifolds. Connection to system wiring is made through a DIN 43650 plug that meets ISO 4400. When fitted with this plug the enclosure reaches IP67, tolerating brief wash-down exposure. A plain manual override lets technicians shift the spool locally during commissioning or power loss. Hydraulic ratings include a maximum working pressure of 350 bar and a flow capacity of 80 liters per minute. The internal passages are intended for petroleum oils, and operation should be limited to fluid cleanliness class 19/17/14 to maintain spool life.
